PAINTER/RESTORER

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Yachts & Aircrafts Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of painting techniques, and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes on yachts and aircrafts. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paints, varnishes, and other coatings, and ensuring a smooth and durable finish.

Key Accountabilities:

• Repair surface imperfections, including filling dents, scratches, and corrosion spots.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired shade and consistency.
• Utilize spray booths, airbrushes, and other equipment to ensure an even and high-quality finish.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Perform touch-ups and corrections as necessary to achieve a flawless finish.
• Inspect painted surfaces for flaws and ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain records of paint usage, work completed, and inventory of supplies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting yachts, aircrafts, or similar.
• Proficiency with painting techniques and equipment specific to marine and aerospace industries.
• Experience in the UAE or Middle East is an advantage.
• University degree, diploma, or specialized college qualification, or equivalent.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business within the MENA region.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
